Fantastic customer service!! We were in a pinch on a Saturday evening with a FULL septic tank. Southern Sanitary was the only company who answered immediately(we contacted 5 other companies). They had the gentleman on-call paged and I received a phone call in under 30 minutes with an ETA. From the moment the technician arrived, it was top notch service. I work customer service in a different industry and I wish every one had that same positive demeanor while making customer contact. I definitely recommend Southern Sanitary Systems and will be requesting their services in the future.

These people are as good as gold and my husband and I we are very glad to call them.
Our septic tank is old and was draining very slow to a point that we had to pump every 2 months so the guys came here opened everything replaced the busted distribution box and cleared the lines to the drain field with high pressure water as well as adding a special chemical to benefit the drain field.

The technicians worked fast efficient and they were very neat and respectful to our property, this could be very dirty work but the guys cleaned up and placed everything back better than it was before I was amazed.

During their visit they were eager to answer any question we had and they put us at ease through the whole process.

Our tank works great and we know if we ever need anything what company to call as they are honest and trustworthy, they did exactly what they said they would do and they did it like a pro.
At the end they saved us a bundle of money.

"Southern" has a Professionalism and Passion that few Service Companies in Sarasota have. You have to be dedicated to providing the Best in Service, when a Customer Calls. "Southern" does just that. Have a Septic Tank, get it serviced by "SOUTHERN".

Fantastic from start to finish. Scheduling was prompt,friendly and efficient. They called when they said they would call, they came when they said they would come. Stan was better than great. He gets 5 stars too. He worked quickly and very efficiently, He explained everything he did and gave great suggestions as to how to keep our septic system running smoothly. What a great company to do business with..They fixed the mistake of the former company I had to do a sewer line hookup... They were very prompt, and the way they left the yard where the septic "used" to be, it is above words... Looks better than before they started in my opinion..The lady on the phone, Haz, was the best ! ! ! Luv her to death. . . ..Would I recommend them for any work? ? ?? YOU BETCHA ! ! ! ! I already have told my friends about them and will continue to do so in the future...They're the best. . . . . . . . . . . .

After dealing with 3 "reputable" companies in Sarasota I called Southern Sanitary and I was so glad I did.
The lady on the phone delivered on any promises as far as scheduling and the technician Stan was one of the most professional and courteous people I dealt with for a very long time, on time efficient and quick making sure the system was perfectly clean and the lid sealed and secure .
I will be calling them again next year for my service, thank you

My septic started backing up into my tub and toilet late at night. I called Southern Sanitary the following morning at 9:00 and they had someone out by 11:00. Dale pumped the tank and made sure everything was flushing properly before leaving. He also took the time to answer my many questions. True professionals from beginning to end.
